CAREER BACKGROUND - Mohammad El-Bouzidi

Mohammed El-Bouzidi provides clients with the insight of his 30 year plus career in human resources and corporate training. Trilingual in French, English and Arabic, Mohammad holds the following degrees:

  • Master of Public Administration from Portland State University, U.S.A.
  • DiplĂ´me des Etudes SupĂ©rieures SpĂ©cialisĂ©es (DESS) in Training Development from the UniversitĂ© des Sciences et Technologies de Lilles, France
  • Management diploma from the Institut SupĂ©rieur de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE), Casablanca, Morocco
  • Certificate in Political Science from the Law University of Rabat, Morocco

Mohammed has long and renowned experience in the public sector, combined with extensive experience of management in the private sector.

He has led projects in change management, project development, social and organizational development, conflict management and negotiation with social partners, along with corporate training and skills development.

Mohammed also possesses extensive experience in teaching, both locally and internationally, a facet which constitutes an important part of his professional career to date.
