CAREER BACKGROUND - Johanne St-OngePossessing a degree in professional training and business administration from the University of Sherbrooke, Johanne St-Onge joined the Quebec Health Service in 1990. As a consultant in Human Resource Management, she has explored and developed her expertise across the entire field of Human Resources. Some of the successful projects she has recently carried out are as follows: the creation of a HR management model in the Moroccan and Quebec public health systems, the restructuring of HR pay systems, the improvement in client satisfaction rates, and a large fall in costs liked to employee turnover and overtime. In 1998 she moved to the private sector, becoming a consultant in the IT sector where she aided companies, in part, in the implementation of localized HR pay systems. She also carried out work for the likes of service providers such as Médisolutions, Oglivy Renault, and CIM Conseil. Whether as a trainer or a consultant, the same motivation gets her up for work every day - ‘’the human aspect’’.
In 2002, Johanne created RHRE Consulting, and undertook her first international project centred on management reform in cooperation with the Health Ministry of Morocco. In the years that followed, she has worked with companies in critical areas like strategic planning, the creation and development of human resource management, talent management and the management of cultural diversity. Aware of the challenges that 21st century HRM poses, Johanne has brought together industry leaders so as to provide a unique offering, proposing innovative solutions to business managers in Quebec, and further afield. Johanne St-Onge is accredited as a ‘’qualified corporate trainer’’ by Emploi Québec. |
