  CAREER BACKGROUND - Jean-Pierre Blanchet


Holder of a degree in education and commerce and public administration, Jean-Pierre has extensive experience both in the education and in the social services sectors. 

His 34 years of experience in HR management have been spent as director of Human Resources and consultant in the health and commercial services sector. He has worked in all aspects of Human Resource management.

Since 2005, Jean-Pierre has been special advisor to the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services. He has also consulted in areas such as collaborative labour negotiation.

Recognized as Quebec leader as in negotiation, he offers his clientele practical solutions in the area of labour relations. His expertise in HR management and negotiation is renowed.
